Caroline has been wonderful to work with. I recently started a new business and brought items in for embroidery. She not only did a fantastic job, but was super communicative at every step. She has embroidered jackets, t-shirts, polos, athletic wear, fleece, a woven and sweatshirts for me. She cares very deeply about her customers and the work she produces. I contacted a few places in town that offer similar comparable services, but ultimately Caroline's communication is what won me over. Her emails were prompt and considerate from start to finish. I felt like she really cared about achieving the vision I had in mind, and even though she was swamped with other work at the time, she made my project feel important. The work was completed quickly and the results look great. Really a great experience overall. I would highly recommend.
